SLATE Partners (“SLATE”) recently announced that its Principals have advised Apex Pavement Solutions (“Apex” or the “Company”) on its sale to Tendit Group (“Tendit”), formerly known as Top Gun Facility Services, a Colorado-based exterior facility services provider with operations throughout the Mountain and Southwest regions of the U.S. Tendit is a portfolio company of Osceola Capital Management (“Osceola”), a Tampa-based private equity firm.
Founded in 2011 in Golden, Colorado, Apex Pavement Solutions provides asphalt paving and maintenance services to property managers, property owners, contractors, and government agencies along Colorado’s Front Range. The Company performs recurring crack seal, seal coat, patching, overlay, and asphalt installation services while strategically outsourcing complementary services to create a single-source solution. Apex’s exceptional customer service, experienced team, and high-quality offering have resulted in the Company’s leading position in an attractive, high-growth market.
