SLATE Partners (“SLATE”) announced that its Principals advised The Kitchen Showcase, Inc. (“TKSI” or the “Company”) on its sale to Ferguson Enterprises, LLC (“Ferguson”), the largest U.S. distributor of residential and commercial plumbing supplies.
Founded in 1984 and headquartered in the Denver suburb of Centennial, Colorado, TKSI is a leading kitchen and bath design center, providing design services, procurement, and installation of cabinets and hardware, as well as procurement of countertops and appliances for kitchen, bath, outdoor living, and other home applications.
