SLATE Partners Advises Colorado Window Systems on its Sale to Dynamic Glass

SLATE Partners (SLATE) announced that its Principals advised Colorado Window Systems, Inc. (“CWS” or the “Company”) on its sale to Dynamic Glass LLC (“Dynamic”), a Texas-based glass, glazing, and metal panel services provider and portfolio company of Platform Partners, a Houston-based private investment company.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, CWS is a leading glass and glazing provider for low- and mid-rise non-residential applications across Colorado. The Company provides new construction and interior tenant improvement services to the education, government, aviation, office, retail, and healthcare sectors. With nearly 20 years of excellent service cementing its reputation in the market, CWS has established itself as the glazing subcontractor of choice for Colorado’s leading general contractors.
